    This release includes a breaking change for the notifications section of the config file. It ends up improving the error messages if there's a parser error in that section so I deemed it worth it to do, especially at this early stage in the project.

    This release also adds support for informational notifications for when an MD device starts or completes a resync.

    Also included is a slight improvement to the MD RAID dashboard section to show number of degraded arrays in the header if any are detected.

    Additional documentation has been added to the config file to explain what more of the options do.

    Finally, bosun now records the crate version, git commit hash, and if the worktree was dirty at build-time to show in the dashboard or on the command-line with the new --version argument.
